About David Tann
MIPA FABRP

David has many years experience offering services to businesses and their professional advisers. David set up Nortons Recovery in 1998 after spending 14 years with a top 4 firm. He has experience of providing services to a wide range of businesses in the local market, from sole traders to large multi location businesses.

David has particular expertise in assisting with restructuring projects and the disposal of unwanted subsidiaries. Other recent assignments undertaken include the trading and sale of large businesses in Administration, assisting with the refinancing of underperforming businesses and advising directors upon the provisions of the insolvency legislation and their responsibilities.

David offers an immediate response to clients and their professional advisers. He will take a hands on approach in order that the client is dealt with in a sensitive and constructive manner.

About Matt Waghorn

Matt joined Nortons Recovery in January 2008 following nine years at an independent firm based in Slough.

Matt qualified as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in March 2006 after passing the JIEB examinations in December 2005.

He has a wide experience of working with underperforming businesses particularly in the manufacturing and construction industries. His sensitive but pro-active advice enables recovery situations to be handled in a swift and cost effective manner.

Outside of the office Matt is a season ticket holder at Reading Football Club, following them the length and breadth of the country. Matt is also a keen follower of Bath Rugby and a regular racegoer.
